High Voltage Battery System Educational Trainer

The High Voltage Battery Training System is a compact, hands-on trainer built with Toyota Prius II OEM components for teaching HV battery management and diagnostics. It allows learners to safely connect service plugs, measure voltage at the pack and cell level, and observe power flow to the inverter. Featuring wiring diagrams, LED status indicators, a slowed startup sequence, and enclosed HV components under plexiglass, the system provides a safe, real-world training experience.
