STEM Special Teams Players

STEM Special Teams Players is a thoughtfully designed curriculum tailored for special education and special needs students, using sports to make STEM concepts accessible, active, and fun. Each lesson is aligned with NGSS, CCSS – Math, and National K–12 Physical Education Standards, ensuring students can build both cognitive and physical skills. Through hands-on activities and sensory engagement, students explore STEM topics in a way that encourages movement, curiosity, and confidence.

  • Calculate distance on a coordinate plane while playing pickleball
  • Explore chance and probability in soccer through penalty kick investigations using the Scientific Method
